Your team forms a live band — no experience required. The song and instruments are chosen in advance: from electric guitar, keyboard and bass to drums and vocals.
We'll teach you everything you need to know to perform your song, and everything is aimed at complete beginners.
We deconstruct the drum kit so each person plays just one element. We break down guitar chords so each person plays just one note, rather than three or four.
The team shares the vocals so no-one is singing on their own unless they want to. You rehearse together, give live feedback to each other, and then perform the song as a live band.
This is a live environment where you practise the skills that drive high team performance: giving clear, usable feedback, honest communication, adaptability and ownership.
As a team you communicate, collaborate and push yourselves out of your comfort zone. Facilitators directly connect the experience to leadership skills and how teams operate at work.
Most training teaches skills in theory. We build them in real time, in a fully immersive, experiential learning environment. Your team has to work together, face-to-face, and adjust in the moment — because if something's off, it's immediately obvious. By the end of the session, you don't just understand effective feedback and leadership — you've lived it.
